Convalescence

(Un)fortunately, I am at home sick today. The cough that started over the weekend has developed somewhat, and my whole head seems blocked with it. Armed with Simple Linctus and paracetamol, I am convalescing, enjoying some time to myself. I am hoping to be in some sort of fit shape by dinner time, as we're booked to see one of my favourite plays tonight: The Woman in Black.

Chloe, Andy, Mofo and myself are all heading to the King's to see the touring production, and neither Chloe nor Mofo has ever seen the show before, so I think they're in for a shock.

I finally started the big clear-up last night. Dishes are now well under control, and the bedroom is looking less and less like a bombsite, thanks to Chloe. I guess I'll go nextdoor and pop on the radio whilst I attempt to sort out the living room.
