Things can be different

Chloe and I were contemplating, as we hurriedly brushed our teeth this morning, on whether our lifestyle will be any different when we graduate. I argue that, although I have an idealistic view of a life where we get up in plenty of time, dress and sit exchanging witticisms over hot oats and tea, the reality is that we will be exactly as we are now. Chloe likes to think otherwise ... she shares my vision of idyll, and holds onto it as a prospect for the future.

We are starting rehearsal a little later this morning, so I've spent some time working on my Tarantula blog, and sourcing some material for the mini-panto, which will definitely be making an appearance this year - Cinderella!

I bought the Moleskine Notebooks I've been hankering after for some time, and I've started one as a book of texts. I am transferring by hand from rough pieces of work which appear in many other places - on scraps in my pockets, in my small notebook, in my head - and I'm thoroughly enjoying this work.
I am being published;
I am writing a book.

Back to rehearsal ... more to be written over the weekend.
