I return

Well, hello again. I'm glad to finally sit down at the keyboard again and continue my chronicles. An uncle of mine told me the other day that his mother (my Grandma) had always been pestered about writing an autobiography. It was this that made me realise that you don't have to be an It-Girl or a 20 year old footballer to do this. So, I'm starting to think of parts of my blog as just that - my autobiography.

Back in Fife and enjoying a few lazy days. We've made one trip to the Fringe and it was such an expensive one that we've had to avoid a repeat performance for over a week now. But we can resist no longer and tonight we head into the capital to see 'Ed Byrne - Standing Up and Falling Down' at the famed Pleasance Grand.

Other than that, life's good. Moving into the new flat next week (Thursday), and from there, I'll be able to keep the blog up to date. I'll also be writing music for the Coatbridge College panto starting in the next week or so, and I've managed to abstain from the role of Director, leaving me free to work from home on the ivories.

NHS24 continues to improve. I'm spending 50% of my hours there coaching now, and we have amalgamated coaching teams, so there's loads to be getting on with.

I've just been reading over my previous posts and realised how much things have changed. I continually speak about Seinfeld (as I was in the honeymoon period with Jerry and the gang back then). Now it's Curb Your Enthusiasm all the way. I find myself more like Larry David as each day goes on.

I'll update soon, and perhaps post a link to my EdFringe review of tonight's shows.

All the best,

Brido
