Sleep sleep sleep
I took the inspiration to write an entry right in the middle of the academy today, and unfortunately couldn't figure out the mail-to-blog feature, so anyone with that know-how, launch it my way.
Things are on the up and up. I have stopped the planning and begun the enjoyment of the ride. I am taking each day as it hits me, going where I want to go and making what I want to make. Compulsively reading: 'Tunnel Visions' by Christopher Ross, 'How To Be Free' by Tom Hodgkinson, 'Waiting for Godot' by Samuel Beckett, 'Stories We Could Tell' by Tony Parsons, and my latest is a collection of theatrical diaries by the eminent, and now (but not then, 1985) dry Simon Gray.
Another weekend off work and then I'll be back to the grind. I'm definitely going to be taking it easy, finding my feet, and I'll be remembering the phrase given to me by someone who shall remain nameless: "Brian, nothing is worth getting into this much of a tizzy about!"
Onward!
